NAKID Orders and Delivery

At NAKID By Sharon Leavy we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. Below is our delivery policy to help you understand how we process and ship your orders.

1. Order Processing

Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order details. Please review the confirmation and ensure everything is correct.

Processing Time:

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days but occasionally stock levels may fluctuate resulting in a longer processing time. Please note that orders placed during weekends or holidays may take longer to process.

2. Shipping Methods & Charges

Standard Shipping: Delivery times for standard shipping range from 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Standard shipping fee is €6.

Expedited Shipping:

Expedited shipping is not available at present. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Collection:

At NAKID we offer ‘click & collect’, simply select this option at the checkout. 3. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and are subject to change based on factors like weather conditions, local holidays, or delays from the shipping carrier. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

4. Delivery Issues

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery. We will provide instructions for returning or exchanging the product. On contact details can be found on our homepage

Incorrect Address:

Please double-check the shipping address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or missing packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Missing Packages:

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with the courier service. If it is still not located, contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date for assistance.

5. Returns and Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please refer to our Return Policy for more details on how to return or exchange items.

Returns Policy

At NAKID by Sharon Leavy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a simple and hassle-free returns process. Please read our returns policy below to ensure you understand the steps to return or exchange your products.

1. Eligibility for Returns

If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

We accept returns for unused and unopened products within [14] days of purchase.

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Products must be in their original condition, with all packaging, labels, and seals intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our team at [email protected] or on (085) 8589393 with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.

On approval, our team will provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) via email. This should be printed and placed in the returns parcel along with the item you wish to return.

We must receive the returned item within 7 days of return authorisation.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Items should be packed in appropriate packaging to avoid damage. Returned items damaged during shipping with not be refunded.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please contact our team to initiate the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items 

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products (due to hygiene and safety concerns)
  • Gift cards
